Here are some picture of the Goat blue cheeses op close. These pictures were taken a few days ago. The cheeses are two and a half week old. I love to take these type of photographs. I find the moulds enormously fascinating.

Your Blog is an absolute inspiration......
I have tried making a few cheeses, the first Blue i have attempted is a about 2 weeks old now.....
It has a huge amount of blue greeen mould on the surface..... I am guessing this is normal?, but the cheese doesnt seem to be developing any sort of rind to it... is it too early for the rind to develop?
